In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add New Dialogue. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner may need to allow it first. Sign in with your New Dialogue email and password, or with Microsoft if your organisation uses Microsoft sign-in. Claude can now use New Dialogue in any chat. To disconnect, remove it under Settings, Connectors.

Check you are using your New Dialogue sign-in, or start a free trial from the sign-in page.

Claude finds nothing.

The document may not be in New Dialogue, or you may not have access to it. Ask your administrator.

A store is not ready.

New files take a few minutes to become searchable. Ask Claude to check the store's status.

The upload link expired.

Upload links last 24 hours. Ask Claude for a new one.

Claude stops using New Dialogue.

Your sign-in lasts up to 90 days. Reconnect under Settings, Connectors.

New Dialogue for Claude

New Dialogue for Claude lets Claude answer from your organisation's New Dialogue knowledge base, with links to the source documents. It can also turn a Claude Project or a set of prompts into New Dialogue stores and tiles that your whole team can use, and show which tasks your organisation keeps repeating.

What you need

A New Dialogue account. No account yet? Start a free trial.
Claude on the web, desktop or mobile, or Claude Code.
To create stores and tiles: a New Dialogue role that can manage content, such as Administrator or General.

Connect

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add New Dialogue. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner may need to allow it first.

Claude can now use New Dialogue in any chat. To disconnect, remove it under Settings, Connectors.

In Claude Code, add the server URL https://ai.newdialogue.com/api/v1/mcp as an HTTP MCP server and sign in when asked.
