New Dialogue has been selected for the National Digital Track of the Buy Australian AI Partnership. It starts 12 October.
It's run by Stone & Chalk for the National AI Centre, aimed at getting Australian AI companies in front of Australian enterprise buyers.
Worth saying why this is an important and very welcome initiative. Plenty of capable Australian suppliers never reach the room. Procurement rewards scale and incumbency, so the question of who could do the work often gets answered before most of the field has been considered. I've written about that more than once.
Most of the public effort on AI at the moment is going to strategy and principles. This one goes to the unglamorous end, whether an Australian company can actually satisfy an enterprise buyer, and it's built around real buyers rather than a showcase. That's harder to organise and more useful. Great effort and initiative by the National AI Centre for backing it and Stone & Chalk for running it.
The track runs to early December.
